- Visitor Data: Visitor names and phone numbers provided by residents to generate entry passes.
- Location Data: Real-time geo-location events for visitors with active permits for community security.
- Device Data: Log data and authentication tokens for roles within the app (Admin, Gatekeeper, Resident).
2. Purpose of Collection
We use the data collected for the sole purpose of providing secure visitor orchestration within gated communities. Specifically:
- To verify the authenticity of visitor entry permits at the gate.
- To provide residents with visibility into who is visiting their flat.
- To maintain an audit trail for community security and safety.
- To enable real-time tracking of visitors within the geo-fenced community area.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do NOT sell your data. Data is only shared with authorized persons within your community (e.g., Gatekeepers see visitor details for verification). We may share data when required by law to comply with legal processes or government requests.
4. Security
We use production-grade encryption (HTTPS/TLS) and role-based access control (RBAC) to protect your data. All QR codes generated are cryptographically secure and geo-fenced.
