Requesting Data Deletion

At JEA Strata Private Ltd, we value your privacy and provide a straightforward way to request the deletion of your personal data from Gatepass 360.

Important Note:

Deletion is permanent. Once your account and associated data (visitor logs, flat links, permits) are deleted, they cannot be recovered.

How to Delete Your Data

To request data deletion, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to jagadeesh@jeastrata.com from your registered email address.
  2. Use the subject line: DATA DELETION REQUEST - [Your Phone Number]
  3. Mention clearly that you want to delete your account and all associated personal data from the Gatepass 360 platform.
  4. Our data protection team will verify your request and process the deletion within 7 to 10 business days.

What Data is Deleted?

Upon a successful deletion request, we will remove:

  • Your personal profile (Name, Email, Phone).
  • Your flat associations and resident profile.
  • All visitor permits you have generated.
  • Your entry/exit timestamps from the gate logs.
