1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Gatepass 360 (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Platform is owned and operated by JEA Strata Private Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in Ernakulam, Kerala (CIN: U62011KL2025PTC097480).
2. Platform Usage
Gatepass 360 provides visitor management services for gated communities. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. Residents are responsible for generating entry permits only for authorized visitors. Any misuse of QR codes or system credentials will result in immediate termination of access.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend any account that poses a security risk to the community.
4. Limitation of Liability
Gatepass 360 is a facilitator of community security. While we strive for 100% uptime and high accuracy, we are not liable for any security breaches occurring within a community, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, logos, icons, and software code on the Platform, is the exclusive property of JEA Strata Private Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the platform without our express written consent.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ernakulam, Kerala.
